FIND MY ACCOMMODATION

There are over 1,500 accommodation places directly around the lake. There's also plenty of accommodation within half an hour of the festival. Here are the types of accommodation available. There's sure to be one for you:

 

Campsites with tent or camper pitches. Chalets and mobile homes available depending on the campsite. From €25 per night (2 adults and electricity) for a pitch. For a 4/5-person chalet or mobile home, prices start at €70.

 

Hotels and guesthouses. From €40 to €200 per night in a twin or double room.

 

Gîtes for groups / Airbnb: We advise you to look directly on the internet for prices according to accommodation capacity. To give you a rough idea, count €30 per night per person.

  • Is the festival open to all?
    Admission is open to everyone. Whether you're an electric addict, a curious visitor, a skeptic, a group or a family, everyone is welcome at the E-Adventure Festival. Only the test drives of certain brands may be subject to restrictions (permits or age limits).
  • Are test drives open to everyone?
    Yes, unless the test vehicle requires a special license or age limit. You can register directly at the brand stands.
  • How can I find out in advance if a brand is offering test drives?
    On our website, in the menu and the exhibitor section, it is indicated whether the brand is exhibiting and offering test drives.
  • How do I get to the festival site?
    If you want to get to the site by road, it's easy: just enter the following address in your GPS:  Activital, Les Branlasses, 58230 Montsauche-les-Settons If you're coming by train from Lyon or Paris, you'll need to stop at the Creusot TGV station and rent a car from there. There are several companies around the station (Sixt, Enterprise, Alamo, National Car). From there, it's about 1 hour 20 minutes and 75 kilometers to the Festival. 
  • Can I come on Thursday evening? Or leave on Monday morning?
    Of course! The length of your stay depends on how long you've rented your accommodation. The Festival is open from Thursday to Sunday. More info in the practical info menu.
  • I'm driving a combustion engine, can I still come? 😅
    Yes ! Everyone is welcome !!! ❤️
  • How do I register for the E-Adventure Festival?
    Nothing could be simpler: Go to the tickets section in the main menu Click on the pass/ticket you require (3-day or one-day). A window will open and all you have to do is choose the quantity, fill in your personal details and pay by credit card. An email will be sent to you with your E-tickets.
  • What's included in a ticket?
    For the 3-day "classic" pass:   - Entry to the exhibitors' village on all 3 days. - Access to the food & concert area on all 3 days. - Road-books - Access to brand tests For the 3-day "E-Challenge" pass:  - Entry to the exhibitors' village for 3 days. - Registration for one of the E-Challenges - Access to the food & concert area for 3 days. - Road-books - Access to brand test drives - One free E-CHALLENGES T-shirt per vehicle For the day pass: - Entrance to the exhibitors' village for one day - Access to the food & concert area for one day - Access to brand test drives
  • Are tickets refunded in the event of cancellation?
    Tickets and passes will be fully refunded only in the event of cancellation by the organizers or by administrative decision.
  • Should I book my festival ticket well in advance?
    Yes, for several reasons:  To make sure you have a seat, as the number of seats is limited. So that you can book your accommodation as soon as you have registered. To organize your visit as efficiently as possible.
  • Will there be a ticket office on site?
    Yes, but we advise you to book in advance, as prices will be higher on site (+10€ for the 3-day pass and +4€ for the one-day pass).
  • Is there a children's rate?
    Yes, admission is free for children under 12 (valid for all children under 12 accompanied by an adult with a festival ticket).

  • Should I book my accommodation well in advance?
    It's best if you don't want to end up sleeping under the stars!  (the stars are nice too).
  • Can I bring my camper van and park near the lake to sleep?
    Yes, there are spots with direct access to the lake. Visit the park 4 night app. First come, first served.
  • Is there on-site parking for cars and motorcycles?
    Yes, several parking lots are available. They are located all around the lake.  We recommend that you bring a bike or sneakers to get around the lake during the weekend.
  • Is there an ATM on site?
    Not directly on the lake, but there are several nearby, notably in the commune of Montsauche-les-Settons. We advise you to bring a small amount of cash.
  • Are there any restaurants on site? 🍽️
    In addition to the food trucks available in the "stage" area, there are restaurants all around the lake and throughout the Morvan during your walks. From inns to bistros and campground restaurants, there's no chance of going home hungry... Ahhhh the Bourgogne region and its culinary specialities... 🤤
  • How to get around Lac des Settons?
    Car traffic will be restricted and limited to parking lot accesses. We advise you to come with a bike or good sneakers. The tour of the lake is around 14 km long. You'll need between 3 h and 3 h 30 to do it on foot, and about 1 h on bicycle.  More info here
  • Can I rent a mountain bike or an electrically-assisted mountain bike on site?
    Of course you can!  To do so, go to the website accessible via the link below:  Remember to rent in advance
